This notice covers the public website and initial inquiries. Client work has a separate agreement and information-handling schedule.
Information you provide
If you email or call, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, business contact information, and request. We use them to respond, arrange conversations, and consider the requested service. Please keep passwords, payment details, government identifiers, and sensitive employee records out of an initial inquiry.
Hosting and website measurement
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Website measurement may be provided through Cloudflare Web Analytics. These services process technical information to deliver, protect, and measure the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Web Analytics information for their practices.
Service providers and client tools
Email, phone, scheduling, storage, and security providers may process information needed to handle your request. External services have their own privacy practices. Before client information is handled through AI or automation tools, we agree on the approved tools, purposes, and information limits separately.
Use, sharing, and retention
We do not sell inquiry information. We may use service providers to respond to you and deliver agreed services, and may disclose information when legally required. We retain information as reasonably needed for the request, agreed services, lawful records, and security or dispute needs. Client retention and deletion arrangements are agreed separately.
